Designs unveiled at luxury Canadian real estate project

ALBI Cranston Milano CanadaA real estate project in one of Canada’s most desirable new communities has opened show homes and unveiled exclusive designs.

Albi Homes, a luxury real estate specialist, unveiled further details of its homes in the Cranston community in Calgary, Alberta.

Available real estate includes ‘jewel box’ luxury home designs to choose from with prices starting from “the low $500,000′s”.

Cranston, planned by Carma Developers, is perched on a ridge overlooking the Bow River and on former homestead land boasting some of Canada’s finest scenery.

Albi Homes is selling residences in its own enclave featuring five exclusive designs – Torino 2, Milano (above), Capri, Siena and Portofino.

Allan Klassen, president of Albi Homes, said: “With all of the amazing amenities now in progress and the natural beauty of Cranston, we are extremely proud and excited to be offering this exclusive opportunity and unique design style with exceptional value at this time.”

The overall Cranston project also features a 7.3 acre private residents’ recreation park, sports courts, with two new schools also nearby.

Elsewhere in the development other available real estate includes condo homes, apartments and townhouses.
