An American real estate agent has lifted the lid on some of the most opulent homes for sale in Las Vegas as part of a high-profile campaign.
Aaron Auxier has launched what he has named the ‘Do you prefer to live like a Celebrity, CEO, or Royalty?’ promotion, profiling three secluded penthouse condos.
Worth a total of more than $30 million, the three homes are the Crown at One Queensridge Place, a penthouse at Palms Place, and the Sky Suite at Sky Las Vegas.
Auxier also mentioned the recent loss of the high-profile residential section of the Harmon Residences in the new City Center scheme on the Vegas strip.
The tower, developed by MGM Mirage, was originally planned to include 207 condos and 15 penthouses, set to be some of the most desired real estate opportunities in the city.
But it is now facing a cap in height and the homes will be scrapped, leaving only hotel rooms.
Mr Auxier said: “Losing The Harmon Residences was a shame, however, it put even more emphasis on a couple of other buildings.”
His promotional real estate campaign is based on the idea the Palms Place home is fit for celebrity types, the Sky Suite attracts CEOs and the Crown “is fit for royalty”.
The Sky Suite is listed at $3,999,999 while the Crown is going for more than $20 million and includes spectacular views of the strip and a rooftop pool.
Other real estate in Las Vegas includes thousands of condo homes being built in the Vdara condo hotel, also part of the ongoing City Center project.
