“Trurly luxurious” penthouse homes are part of a new release at one of London’s most exclusive new housing developments.
Mixed use developer St George said the Aurora Apartments section of Beaufort Park, in the north west of the UK capital, would appeal to singles, couples and families alike.
Beaufort Park also includes landscaped parkland, a bar and restaurant, convenience store, nursery, gym and and 24 hour estate management.
The site could also appeal to those looking for investment housing, as it is close to the Metropolitan Police training college and Middlesex University.
The company revealed homes in the development are on sale from £159,950 ($223,996) all the way up to £1 million ($1.4 million).
St George said: “The Elite and Premier apartments and penthouses offer truly luxurious living, with an enhanced specification, spacious interiors and outside terrace space.”
Company managing director Ross Faragher also said there was demand for high quality new homes in London “even in the current market”.
Prices in the London housing market initially remained comparatively steady compared to other areas of the UK as the current slump took hold, but asking prices for homes in some areas of the capital have dipped in recent months.
