Hundreds of new homes for sale in Cyprus and Turkey are set to feature at an international property show being held in the UK next month.
A Place in the Sun Live is appearing in London from April 3 to 5 and will feature 200 exhibitors from more than 40 countries. Cyprus and Turkey will be among the best-represented destinations at the event, held at Earls Court.
Pafilia Property and Britannia Developers are among firms which are booked to appear and offer Cypriot Property. Confirmed Turkish property sellers include Cumberland Properties and Landmark Properties International.
Off plan property in Turkey will include apartments and villas under construction and due for completion through 2009. In Cyprus detached luxury villas and golf and bungalow developments are expected to be on sale.
Organisers of the event, an extension of a popular UK television show, have said the credit crunch could help some buyers profit from overseas property investment.
The event’s investment expert Mark Bishop said: “I believe the credit crunch offers an opportunity for people to invest in property abroad at some of the best prices in a generation.”
Tickets for the homes show are currently going on a two for £10 deal with single adults at £8 each.
More new homes from a variety of countries will go on show at a second version of the event, being held in Birmingham, UK, from October 2 to 4.
