London property developer meets demand for quality homes

Beaufort Park interior UK PRA London property developer has announced a fresh phase of apartments and penthouse homes at one of the falling number of new luxury property developments in the UK capital.

St George, a mixed use property builder, released more units at the Aurora Apartments, a collection of studio, one, two, and three bedroom homes.

Executives also gave further details of the on-site facilities and said they remained confident in the scheme’s success despite an ongoing slump in the UK property market.

Aurora Apartments is in the mixed use Beaufort Park project, north west London, and includes homes for sale all the way up to £1.4 million ($1.9 million).

Ross Faragher, managing director of the firm, said: “Even in the current market there is demand for high quality, well specified, new homes in London.

“Beaufort Park is the perfect choice, with all needs of a modern lifestyle including a bar and restaurant, Tesco Express, managed car parking, residents’ gym, and landscaped parkland on your doorstep, to name a few.”

The development is 27 minutes away from central London via the nearby Colindale underground station, and is also close to fashionable Mill Hill. Property comes with custom designed fitted kitchens, and balconies or terraces are available at most of the homes.

Premier apartments and penthouse units have an enhanced specification, more space, and outside terraces. Integrated home audio systems with ipod docking stations, ceiling speakers and remote control are now also being offered with each property.

The nearby Metropolitan Police training college and Middlesex University means Beaufort Park could attract investment buyers and apartment homes start at £159,950 ($223,585).
