A UK developer has unveiled a new development of contemporary executive-style homes in an affluent area already popular with buyers.
Bellway has built the West Edge development in Botley, Oxfordshire, featuring apartment property within easy reach of rolling countryside.
The development is a three-storey homes project which has a modern edge thanks to brick, wood and white render finishes and large picture windows.
Each property has two bedrooms with en suite and second bathrooms, plus modern appliances in every kitchen and balconies for homes on the corners of each building.
Bellway sales director Chris Edginton said: “Botley is an affluent and attractive corner of Oxford. In developing the site we set out to create homes with a contemporary look.”
Prices start at £199,950 ($319,524) and go up to around £221,000 ($319,524), with 26 homes on sale and all close to Oxford itself.
Residents will also get access to a communal Sky TV system and an entry phone system plus further options available to each property, including a range of kitchen appliances.
UK property professionals got an insight into the market earlier this week when a survey by the Association of Property Finders and Buyers Agents found most people felt they would be best helped by a ‘buyer’s agent’ in negotiations.
