A Caribbean property specialist has unveiled a collection of seven of the plushest homes sites in Barbados, newly built and offering investment opportunities.
Specialists 7th Heaven Properties launched the series and dubbed them ‘The Barbados Collection’, featuring newly built apartment property in condo hotels and villas.
Highlights include a studio apartment at £267,400 on the south coast and homes in a planned luxury community called Apes Hill, featuring a selection of villas from £1.3 million ($1.9 million).
Divided into eight neighbourhoods with stunning views, the Apes Hill site is nearly 1,000 ft above sea level and features property flanked by golf course holes.

Also on the list are three-bed villa homes at Silver Sands, a seafront property project with private access to a white sand beach and a glass tiled pool, going for £2,194,048 ($3,233,242).
Owners of homes in Barbados could benefit from an expected tourism boost for the island after the ‘Gourmet’ and ‘VIP’ cards launched by the local tourist board proved a big success, according to Opodo.
