Developers have unveiled a brand new property development in the heart of one of London’s most exclusive areas. Bryant Homes said a two-bed show apartment will be available to view for first time from today at Westrovia, Westminster.
Featuring 27 homes in total, the London property project hopes to attract interest with the help of an ebony and ivory theme at the show home, developed by an interior design team.
The scheme also includes secure private underground car parking and homes are available from £375,000 ($536,582) for a one bedroom home up to £1.2 million ($1.71 million) for a three-bed property with private roof terrace and balcony.
Bryant Homes said: “Close to the River Thames, the area blends the energy of Westminster with the glamour of Belgravia in a neighbourhood shared with some of the world’s most breathtaking landmarks.”
Close to the development are restaurants, bars, galleries and parks, while a tube station is only a minute’s walk away. Also close to the property is the Tate Britain gallery and an array of upmarket boutiques, while the Houses of Parliament are also only a short distance.
Owners of UK investment property got some good news last week when The Times reported property rents were stabilising after a period of decline. The paper said agents claim homes with a rent of £1,000 ($1,431) a week are more difficult to shift, but those under £500 ($715) a week were attracting two to three bidders each.
