Three-storey townhouse property is still available in a brand new development which has attracted strong interest during the UK sales slump.
Laing Homes said it had taken 25 reservations on new homes at the Queen’s Hills development in Costessey, near Norwich, this year. Among the homes which are still on sale is a three-storey luxury family townhouse design dubbed the ‘Milden’.
Three-bedroom property and two-bedroom maisonette apartments are still available in the project, which is part of an existing village.
Laing Homes said : “Queen’s Hills combines all the advantages of living in an established village with the benefits of brand new facilities to accompany this expanding community, including local shopping, community centre and a primary school.”
The ‘Milden’ is currently available from £219,995 ($322,805), while three bedroomed property is going for £157,995 ($231,830) and the apartments start at £99,995 ($146,725).
The scheme is one of a number of new property projects in the UK which are seeing comparatively strong sales as buyers appear to take advantage of lower prices.
Earlier this week, another major UK developer, George Wimpey, also said homes were now going fast at its Campbell Square apartment property scheme in Milton Keynes.
