DLF is behind Westend Heights New Town, featuring two and three bedroom apartment real estate opportunities, designed with an open layout.

Located at Bannerghatta Road, Begur in Bangalore, property owners will get access to a club house, swimming pool, community hall, health facility, gym and children’s play area.

Bangalore is expected to see a number of new real estate schemes handed over this year, including Aquila Heights, a luxurious high rise project built by Tata Housing.

DLF said of its Westend Heights scheme: “It’s a premium residential township with a Spanish style of architecture against a backdrop of fabulous gardens.

“It features an open layout with buildings being placed in a manner so there is no overlooking and most of the apartments enjoy views of the structured landscaping.”

Prices in the scheme start from INR 2,170,000 ($43,460) and DLF is also involved in dozens of other new property schemes across India.

Its new luxury real estate projects include The Icon, Gurgaon, one of a series of high rise property schemes which have proved popular with off plan buyers.
