One of America’s most unique waterfront real estate projects has signed up a new advertising and marketing firm to drum up sales for the development.
Reverie on the Ashley is a luxury condo homes plan in Charleston, South Carolina, set along 32 acres of wooded land next to the Ashley River.
Its major selling point is a private marina, and owners of the homes can get to downtown Charleston from the development by land or by boat
The scheme has now partnered with IF marketing and advertising, which said the development even stands out in upmarket Charleston real estate.
Will Furrer, president of the firm, said: “Reverie on the Ashley stands out as a one-of-a-kind luxury condo property.
“No other condo community offers residents a private marina and an opportunity enjoy downtown Charleston by land or by boat in just a few minutes.”
Homes in the scheme feature private rooftop terraces and patios that overlook preserved wetlands and the river.
It also features a riverside pool and gazebo, boardwalk and walking trails through 22 acres of forest and marsh.
Real estate in the scheme is also surrounded by hundreds of oak trees, and there are 88 homes available in total.
