Wimpey homes property market quiz – ask the experts!

Waterside Park UK PRPotential property buyers are being given the chance to quiz experts on the UK market at a brand new homes development.

Developer George Wimpey West London is hosting an ‘ask the experts’ event on Saturday, April 25 at its Waterside Park scheme.

The firm said estate agents, solicitors and financial advisers will be on hand to offer tips about property buying.

Executives also revealed visitors to the event in West Drayton, Middlesex, will get information and a range of incentives on homes in the development, which features apartments and three, four and five bedroom houses.

The development also has a new four-bedroom show home and work is being finalised on a collection of two-bedroom apartments on sale from £194,995 ($288,801) and due to be ready for handovers in June.

George Wimpey said: “Waterside Park is located in a beautiful, tranquil riverside setting close to the Grand Union Canal, laid out in a ‘home zone’ to offer peace and safety away from busy streets, pollution and traffic noise.”

Although located in what is described as a ‘parkland setting’, the project is a short walk from high street shops and a railway station, meaning it may prove popular with commuters heading to central London.

Property benefits include allocated parking for some apartment homes and access to a communal garden, while all houses have parking or a garage and a private garden.
