Property Furnishing Solutions Ltd launched it’s new website today aiming at the higher end of the market and diversifying the range of furnishing solutions that the company has to offer. The company is owned by interior designers Roseanne Campbell and Helen Flemming who have over twenty years experience furnishing properties for landlords, house builders such as Crosby and Bellway and soccer stars.
Roseanne Campbell comments, “We’ve worked in this business for over twenty years and feel that there are better opportunities now to succeed than any other time that I can recall. Yes the market is different, and yes we have had to diversify, but there is still money around. We’re aiming higher up the market to provide better quality furnishings”.
Helen Flemming adds, “Although we offer furniture packs for landlords, we’re moving away from that market as it has become saturated at the cheap end. Our experience has shown that landlords who spend a bit more, achieve higher rentals. Recently we’ve refurnished properties that have stood on the shelf for months, and in all cases they have rented soon after we’ve finished”.
