Premier UK residential and holiday park specialist Lifestyle Living Group, has appointed Peter Andreou as its CEO.
In his new role Peter will work alongside the Group’s owner and chairman Tony Barney to deliver Lifestyle Living Group’s ambitious buy and build strategy, which will see it double the size of its park business, which is already one of the most established of its kind in the UK.
In addition to driving growth, Peter who joins the business from leading UK print giant The Polestar Group where he was operations director, will also be tasked with improving the operational performance of the business and managing the multi-million pound development of new and existing parks within the Group’s portfolio.
Peter has a successful track record of driving key restructuring programmes, including a major turnaround strategy for The Polestar Group, and the provision of project accountancy support for a £100m investment initiative at Caradon MK. Additionally, he was business operations and planning director at Fujifilm.
“Peter is new to this industry, but his experience of handling huge operations projects, like our ongoing buy and build strategy, is unparalleled,” explains Tony Barney.
“He’s ambitious, driven and passionate about delivering quality – both in terms of products and the customer experience. This combined with my own 30 years experience in the park homes sector will help us achieve the successful growth we are striving for.”
