Only Four Remain At Miller Homes’ Heritage View

Heritage ExtAward-winning housebuilder Miller Homes East Midlands has announced that there are only four remaining properties for sale in Buxton at its prestigious Heritage View development.

And one of those is the traditionally-styled, three-bedroomed Eccleshall showhome, which blends comfort and style with space and function. All of the reception rooms flow from the central hallway, with a dining-room, large lounge, and master bedroom, complete with an en-suite.

Joy Goodman, sales director for Miller Homes East Midlands, commented: “This development, on the edge of Buxton and with stunning views across the countryside, has proved to be extremely popular with a range of homebuyers.

“The fact that only four remain shows an increase in confidence in the housing market, which is buoyed by affordable, quality new properties like the ones we have at Heritage View.”

Miller Homes, which is this year celebrating its 75th anniversary, has also released The Elliott showhome property for sale.

The Elliott is a stunning five-bedroomed property arranged over three storeys, with particular features including a utility area and a kitchen/breakfast room with a large window overlooking the rear garden.

Feature bays to the dining-room and large lounge create a grand impression in these large, family rooms.

The first floor features three bedrooms, two served by the family bathroom and the master bedroom, with its own en-suite. On the second floor there are two large bedrooms and a shower suite.

Heritage View can be found nestled in the countryside on the edge of Buxton, a world-famous spa town that offers a range of retail outlets, and the opportunity to explore the countryside. It has also proved to be a useful development from which to commute to work either on the Manchester side of the Peak District or elsewhere in Derbyshire.

For more information, the site can be found off Leek Road in Buxton, with the sales information centre open Friday to Wednesday between 10.30am and 5.30pm and on Thursdays between 11.30am and 6.30pm.
