Crest Nicholson keeps it in the Family

St John's Park, MarlboroughCrest Nicholson is delighted to welcome Emma Lamb to the company to work alongside her mother, Sue Pittaway, in the developer’s first mother-daughter sales team in the South West. Both are based in Marlborough with Emma becoming a Sales Advisor at the St John’s Park development, while Sue works as a Sales Advisor at the School Walk development.

Emma, who lives in Gloucestershire, makes the move to Crest Nicholson after having worked for many years with estate agents including Knight Frank and Michael Tuck. She brings with her a comprehensive understanding of the property industry and will no doubt follow in her mother’s accomplished footsteps.

Emma said: “I’ve wanted to make the move into development for several years and when the opportunity came along to work alongside my mother, I jumped at it. The chance to be a part of the sales team at an award winning housing developer was a real draw for me, and knowing how much my mother enjoys her work really sealed the deal!”

Laura Osborne, sales manager for Crest Nicholson, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Emma to the team at St John’s Park. It’s exciting to have someone like Emma on-board who has already obtained a wealth of knowledge from working throughout the housing market, so her experience will certainly strengthen our sales team even further.”

Emma will work as a Sales Advisor at St John’s Park in Marlborough, a development comprising 45 traditionally designed properties, including two bedroom apartments, maisonettes and coach houses, along with a selection of three, four and five bedroom homes. Set within an established residential enclave close to Marlborough’s historic centre, it has proved extremely popular with buyers since its launch earlier this year, with 60 per cent of the homes being purchased off-plan.

The development’s success is also due to Marlborough’s distinguished reputation as one of the most picturesque places in the UK, in addition to its great services, schools and standard of living.

Prices at St John’s Park currently start at £289,995 for a four bedroom house. For more information, please visit the on-site Sales and Marketing Suite, which is open Thursday to Monday between 10am-5pm, or telephone 0870 754 1080.
