UK homes for sale with no jargon packages

Bridges Wharf PRA UK homes developer has announced an anti-jargon approach to marketing new property for sale, in an effort to provide buyers with transparent deals.

Essex-based Weston Homes said it did not charge for “hidden costs” for fixtures and fittings needed in a new home.

The company is behind 11 new property developments including high-end apartments, and said it was including kitchen appliances in prices.

Homes across its London, Kent, Essex, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Sussex schemes include packages with fridges, freezers, ovens and other items with total values of £1,800 ($2,582) to £3,000 ($4,303).

Weston Homes chairman Bob Weston said: “We are trying to be as transparent as possible and give buyers the best value homes on the market in a range of commutable locations across the South East.

“Unlike most of our competitors, we do not charge hidden costs for the fixtures and fittings needed in a new home.”

The company is also offering deals for those looking to buy a UK property as an investment, including furniture packages with beds, sofas, dining table and other items.

Among the UK property developments built by the company is Bridges Wharf in Battersea, London, (pictured) which includes 267 one and two-bedroom apartments

A show apartment property at the scheme is scheduled to open Saturday February 28, with prices from £350,000 ($501,991).
