Spanish property prices cut by 50 per cent
Spanish property is now selling with discounts of up to 50 per cent as sellers try to attract interest in a market where around one million homes are now thought to be for sale.
UK property investment up 21 per cent
British overseas property investment shot up by 21 per cent last year, statistics show. Figures from the Association of International Property Professionals (AIPP) say in 2007 the British spent a massive £246 billion on homes abroad.
