Luxury Properties Galore at the Exclusive Property Exhibition, EPEX 2008
If you are looking for an extra special property and are prepared to spend more to get the perfect option, or want to find it who is developing such properties, then the Exclusive Property Exhibition, EPEX 2008, is the event to head for.
EPEX 2008, which is billed as being a “showcase for the world’s most exclusive and desirable properties,” is taking place at London’s Olympia National Hall on June 21st and June 22nd 2008. This is the second year the event has run, sponsored by the Financial Times, and aims to bring together some of the world’s premier luxury real estate companies.
This is not an event for the fainthearted or budget stricken. EPEX 2008 is specifically aimed at high net worth individuals who are looking to buy or rent exclusive overseas or UK properties costing in excess of £500,000. In fact, many of the properties being showcased will fall into the £1 million to £5 million price bracket, with some even priced up to £25 million.
This is the only exhibition of its kind which is solely dedicated to luxury property and is a great option for buyers, investors and investment groups to meet the developers, architects, law firms and financial institutions from around the world who specialise in high-end property dealings.
The line-up for this year is still being finalised, but already features developers from areas as diverse as Canada, Morocco, Cayman Islands, Spain, Kuala Lumpur, Greece, France, New York, Dubai, UK, Caribbean, Thailand, India and Europe. There are also land brokers and land bankers exhibiting, which is a great opportunity for those seeking land to invest in.
If high-end luxury property is your cup of tea and you are looking for a top-notch off-plan development, you can now register online and apply for free tickets. Tickets will be sent out two weeks prior to the show, or can be collected at the door.
