We would like to announce that we will be offering free advertising from the end of June 2008 and we want you to have your say.

The site provides a property listing services for new homes for sale worldwide. It’s always been based on advertising new build property at a cost of £1/day. We want to make a change due to the feedback we have received from property developers and property investors over the past 12 months.

New Advertising Services

Our new advertising services will be split into two distinct sections as follows:

  • Private Sellers – Individuals with one or more new homes for sale
  • Trade Sellers – Property developers and agents with multiple developments for sale

Free Advertising for Private Sellers

We want to offer the most cost effective advertising possible for our private sellers and so we came up with free listings. The free listing service will not be offered on a trial basis, but will be a fully functioning advertising service.

What do you think?

Private sellers will be able to buy enhanced advertising services, which will boost their prominence and attract more enquiries and sales. This is where we really would like your help. How do you think we should charge for this? Should we charge a flat monthly fee of say £30, or should we stick with the £1/day per property?

Property Developers

If you are a property developer or agent, the new service will enable you to advertise developments on a month by month basis without the need to list individual properties. So if you just want to advertise your developments, this is the service you shall have. You will be able to list properties also, but you won’t have to.

Whaddyareckon?

What do you think we should do?
