Good news for property developers and investors who have ever been jealous of builders who get to display their sweaty muscles and teasingly showing off the top of their bums to get female attention…you’ve finally made it onto the top ten sexiest jobs list (really though, if you have been jealous of that you should try and get out more.)

Extra marital dating website IllicitEncounters.com surveyed 3,000 of its female members. Out of these 4.5 per cent felt real estate construction was a sexy job but, good news folks, 11 per cent said property development was sexier - putting property developers in third place, ahead of builders at number eight.

Surprisingly accountants also did quite well, tying with real estate construction workers for eighth on the run down of 15 different jobs. Car salesman was listed as the job least likely to get a woman’s engine purring, with a tiny 0.5 per cent of respondents saying this profession was an alluring one.

Unfortunately property magnates were pipped to the post by the media in second and pilots in first - but if you’re a flying-property-developing journalist, you’re onto a winner.

Home owners (homo’s) are sexy too

Although, the category was actually ‘property development or ownership’ so if you own a house apparently you’re still in the running, so put your best pulling shirt on and swing those house keys next to the pretty lady, your luck might be in.
