House for sale – plus masses of horse power

Last week we had the American couple who got so fed up with the slow pace of the houses for sale market in the US that they slapped an asking price on a dolls house and offered to throw in their real home for free.

Now we’ve got the entrepreneur who claims he is so bored with big homes and sports cars that he’s selling off his mansion with his Lamborghini included in the price.

Rick Hill, who lives in Essex, UK, is flogging his six-bedroom pile at £1.15 million – with the £152,000 car factored in, local paper the Echo reports. Quoted by the newspaper, Mr Hill says:

“It is a bit of a novelty, but I am offering the ultimate lifestyle package. It’s a dream home, but with just two of us there it is a waste. I want to retire and I am looking for a simpler life.”

The paper also says Rick is 30. Not bad going to be putting your feet up 35 years early.

“Most impressive”

The homes for sale section of the agents for the property, Essex Countryside, lists the property as a “most impressive” six bedroom, four reception room detached family home. An online gallery shows the indoor swimming pool, massive living room and even a gym. Hope the treadmill doesn’t do 190-odd too.
